Terms and Conditions
PayPal
All card transaction will be processed using the PayPal processing system. This is to ensure the highest level of security and ease of transaction. As part of the payment process, you will be transferred to the PayPal site to complete payment. You will then be returned to the ipa purchasing ('ipa') site upon completion.
PayPal impose a £500 limit on payments for new and 'unverified' customers. For orders over this value, please use the cheque or bank transfer payment option to pay by cheque or bank transfer.
General
These terms apply to all sales through this website.
ipa purchasing reserves the right to make changes to the online portfolio of products and can withdraw items from sale at any time without prior notice. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the images shown accurately reflect the product displayed, we cannot guarantee an exact likeness.
Making a Purchase
Acceptance of your order is subject to stock availability and status. Your order will be acknowledged and confirmed by receipt of an email.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. You will be advised of any additional charges before you are asked to confirm the order.
There is a minimum total order value of £50 for the ipa shop. A transaction of under £50 will not be accepted.
The online shop is only open to customers from the United Kingdom.
Ownership and Risk
The ownership of the goods remains with ipa purchasing until payment has been received. The risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are received.
Delivery
There is free delivery when you spend £150 or more in the online shop. Orders under £150 will incur a delivery charge of £6.95 plus VAT (exceptions apply)
The delivery period will depend on the product ordered but will typically be no more than 7 working days. You will be notified of a likely delivery time in a confirmation email.
ipa purchasing will not be liable for any consequential loss caused by failure of the carrier to deliver.
Any claim for shortages / damage to the goods in transit must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of the goods or refund of the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.
Stock Availability
If you order a product which is out of stock, we will send an email to notify you of this fact. Your order will be kept on hold until the item is restocked unless you wish to cancel. Cancellation must come within 7 days of the confirmation of order and a full refund will be given.
In some cases, it is possible that part of your order may be out of stock. If this is the case, ipa purchasing may ship a part of order and ship the remaining out of stock items when they become available.
Warranties and Liability
All goods purchased from the ipa purchasing website come with a manufacturers warranty of at least 12 months.
In the event of a claim, contact the ipa office in the first instance on 01372 466 966. ipa does not provide any warranty cover against defects in our own right. Insofar as is permitted by law, our only liability to you under these terms and conditions will be to act upon any shortage or non-delivery, to repair any goods damaged in delivery or to refund to you any sums actually paid by you for the goods in question.
We will not be liable to you for any damaged or defected goods delivered which is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
An order may be cancelled at any time between placement of the order and 14 days following delivery of the goods. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may, within 14 days of delivery, contact ipa to arrange for collection / return of the goods at your expense. A refund for the value of the goods (excluding delivery charge) will be be raised within 30 days provided that the seller receives the goods in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to you and in their original packaging or similar. ipa also reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Items which are not adequately packaged will not be collected and a charge of £25 will be levied to cover the cost of failed collection.
Privacy Policy
ipa purchasing will not disclose buyer's information to third parties other than the manufacturer of the purchased product.
